Access Your
Client Portal
We use Central Reach to manage client information, session notes, and communication. Here's how to log in and make the most of your family portal.
Go to the Central Reach portal
Visit login.centralreach.com in your web browser or download the CentralReach Member app on your phone or tablet.
Enter your credentials
Use the email address and password provided to you during your onboarding. If you haven't received these yet, contact our team.
View your child's information
Once logged in, you can view session notes, progress data, upcoming appointments, and any documents shared by your clinical team.
